FINAL Placement Evaluation Tool (PET) and the National-Placement Evaluation Centre

The Placement Evaluation Tool (PET) [funded by the CDNM] was developed in partnership with a range of stakeholders with the ultimate aiming of improving the quality of clinical placements.  The PET is designed for nursing students (and other health professionals) to rate their placement experience. 


The CDNM has also co-developed and funded the National Placement Evaluation Centre (N-PEC), which aims to measure and enhance the quality of nursing and midwifery clinical placements through rigorous evaluation and quality improvement processes. The centre is now open. Watch the opening of the N-PEC webinar.
