Members of the Council meet formally on the following basis:

• General meeting – every six months;
• Annual general meeting – once per year;
• Executive meeting – every six months plus teleconferences and other meetings, as required.
  

The next meeting of the Council will be held from 23 to 24 October 2008 at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart.
